IN STUDIO SESSIONS
We offer private sessions for one or two people in our fully equipped studio. Your instructor will design a comprehensive workout to address what your body needs that day using the spring resistance of apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and much more! GROUP MAT CLASSES
Our small group Pilates mat classes provide strengthening and flexibility using props and your own muscle power. Our instructors will provide a challenging and safe workout customized for clients of all levels. All equipment is provided.
$25 per mat class for in-person (discounted packages available).
Classes at the studio will be limited to 6 clients, so clients will need to sign up at least 24 hours in advance for all in-person sessions. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for in-person classes. Live mat classes are also available streaming via Zoom.
GROUP APPARATUS CLASSES
This small group class uses Gratz Wall Units. The Wall Units are very similar to a Cadillac or Trap Table. Adjustable springs provide resistance and assistance and allow us to completely customize your workout based on your individual flexibility and proficiency. This class is limited to 4 people, so you can expect a lot of personalized instruction. We require a minimum of 3 private sessions as a prerequisite for this class.
Apparatus Classes are $45 per class (discounted packages available).

VIRTUAL CLASSES
Join us for some destressing, stretching, and strengthening. Kim and Thea teach live online classes via Zoom, which is an easy and straightforward app that only requires you to have an email address and a device with a camera and speaker (laptop, tablet, or smartphone.) VIRTUAL LESSONS
We offer virtual 1:1 and 2:1 sessions with Kim & Thea. You’ll be given an easy to access link that will allow you and your instructor to see and hear each other via a Zoom session on your laptop, tablet, or phone. Your virtual session will involve mat and props or apparatus that you have around your house; soup cans for weights, books for blocks, walls for support, etc. If you have some of your own apparatus, we will incorporate it into your session, though it is not necessary.
